PT Ricobana Abadi was established on February 19, 1981, operating its core business in heavy equipment contract services and spareparts supplies. The lead of heavy equipment rental division was initiated by bulldozers and excavators rental services to PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam persero, Tanjung Enim, Sumatra Selatan, which is still in progress until now.In the following year, this division started to facilitate heavy equipment services to other companies such as PT Jaya Konstruksi MP, PT Caltex Pacific Indonesia, etc. In 1991, heavy equipment rental and contractor division undertook the earth work construction project and became the sub-contractor of JO Jaya Obayashi for the first time in respect to the Paiton PLTU project building. Until recent, PT Ricoba na Abadi has owned and operated a large number of small to big machines which is spreadout at various projects in Indonesia.
RECRUITER - SITE (RBA RECR)
Qualification:
• Female max. 27 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Psychology
• Min. 3 years experience in recruitment, mining experience would be an advantage
• Able to do administration, profilling and scoring in psychological tools.
• Able to work under minimum supervisory
• Based in East Kalimantan
SHE SUPERVISOR - SITE (RBA SHESPV)
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma of K3
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Having AK3 competency certificate is a must.
• Good knowledge of Accident prevention, Fire prevention, HSE procedure, HIRA, Inspection, Emergency response, investigation accident, audit process.
• Based in East Kalimantan
TRAINER OPERATOR - SITE (RBA TRAINER)
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. High School
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Having TOT competency certificate is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Operational unit Komatsu, Caterpillar (777), and Sandvik
• Based in East Kalimantan
MAINTENANCE GROUP LEADER - SITE (RBA MAINT)
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management at the same level
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance for unit Komatsu & Sandvik
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Based in East Kalimantan
MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT – SITE (RBA MECH)
Qualification:
• Male max. 30 years old.
• 5 years experiences as Mechanic in troubleshooting unit Komatsu & Sandvik.
• Having Basic Mechanic Course Certificate is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan
TYREMAN– SITE (RBA TYRE)
Qualification:
• Male max. 30 years old.
• 5 years experiences as tyreman.
• Having SIO is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan
OPERATOR DRILLING (RBA OPR)
Qualification:
• Male max. 30 years old.
• Min.1 years experiences as Operator Drilling D 245 / DP 1100
• Having Driver License Type BII is a must
• Based in East Kalimantan.
