Legal & Contract Division Head

General Requirement:

    Min Bachelor Degree (S1) Major Law (Master Degree would be an advantage)
    A Senior associate 10 - 15 years in Legal profession
    Profound knowledge of land and construction regulation
    Good orientation in corporate
    Good in organization and management skills
    Can do attitude with excellent corporate communication skills and ability to influence at executive level
    Fluent in English both spoken & written
    Integrity, accountability, honesty, & open mind
    Having leadership behaviour (leader model) & team work habits
    Negotiation & Communication skills
    A result oriented individual with exceptional managerial & coordination skill
    Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skill
    Ability to perform under pressure
    Be able to adapt quickly
    Self motivated and highly result oriented
    Energetic, charming, and love challenges
